Q: What services do you offer?

  
A: Zen n' Floral is a full-service florist for events and occasions. We offer custom floral pieces for weddings, corporate events, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, birthdays, holiday parties and other occasions. We also provide floral subscriptions for monthly and weekly floral deliveries (for smaller arrangements and bouquets), as well as one-off deliveries in Montreal and its suburbs.



Q: Do you do same-day deliveries?

A: We pre-order for flowers only and we accept orders at least 2 days in advance.


Q: How much do your services cost for parties and weddings?

A: Prices are dependent on the size, scale and floral requirements for your unique event. We have package deals on number of centrepieces required which we discuss during appointments depending on your tastes and likes.  We understand that flowers remain a major budget cost for weddings and parties and we make the best we can to save the cost by maintaining the quality of our products.



Q: Where are you located? Do you have a store front?

A: We work out of a studio space in Montreal. We do not currently have a store front, but orders can be picked up at the studio or delivered anywhere in the city.



Q: How far in advance should I book my flowers?

A: The sooner you book; the better chance you have of securing your floral pieces. For small centrepieces, we require one week pre-order. Typically, for wedding, couples book with us 3-5 months before their big day. 



Q: What is the process for booking my wedding or event?

A: You can contact us through our contact form, ensuring you send us the date of your event, your budget, a brief vision of style of arrangements and items needed. We send you by email our suggestions and an average wedding estimate for your wedding flowers depending on the information you provide us.  Once you are more conscious of your flower budget and want to modify more closely to your tastes and needs, we then set up a free consultation at our studio to discuss the details of your event. This is a chance for us to get to know you and get a feel for how you envision your day. We then create a proposal which outlines your florals with the price breakdown. We require a 20% deposit of the total amount before tax to secure your event date with us.



Q: How much should I budget for my wedding flowers?

A: There are many factors that will determine the cost of your wedding flowers. We work with small and big budgets depending on requirements. All weddings are different, some weddings are as small as a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere, so no matter what your budget is – reach out to us and we can see what we can do for you! But on average, weddings cost between $3000 - $5000. This price would include bridal party flowers, tabletop arrangements, and altar decor, plus delivery and set-up. Please note that any florals that require on-site set-up and take-down, such as a floral arch, or hanging/largescale installations will include an added cost for the additional time and labour necessary.
